Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once a package has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
To cancel an order, email us immediately at hello@pethiddencurio.com with your order number.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return
- Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@pethiddencurio.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return address and instructions
- Ship the item back securely packaged in its original condition
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
Refund Amount
- Eligible returns: Full refund minus original shipping costs
- Return shipping: At the buyer’s expense (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs. We will cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card via Stripe or PayPal). Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 3-7 business days.
