Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (China Standard Time) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.

We ship to the United States and select international destinations worldwide.

United States
- Orders under $49.00: Flat rate of $12.99
- Orders $49.00 and over: FREE shipping
International
- Flat rate of $14.99 for all international destinations

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Logistics Partners
Orders are shipped via YunExpress or 4PX, with final delivery handled by USPS or FedEx in the United States. International orders may be delivered by the destination country’s national postal service.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment.
